Footballer Ben Davis has defaulted on his national serve commitments, the Ministry of Defence (Mindef) said in a verification yesterday.In greeting to queries from The Straits Times, Mindef said: "Mr Benjamin Davis is an NS defaulter. He unsuccessful to bill for NS as required.
