KUALA LUMPUR The owners of Premier League champions Manchester City are eyeing a stake in a Malaysian team to increase to their portfolio of clubs, a Malaysian sports certified revealed yesterday.Ferran Soriano, chief management supervisor of the City Football society (CFG), bankrolled by Sheikh Mansour of the Abu Dhabi royal family, raised the possibility afterward he met Sports Minister Syed Saddiq in Kuala Lumpur upon Thursday.CFG already own or have stakes in Major League Soccer society supplementary York City, A-League team Melbourne City, J-League side Yokohama F Marinos, Uruguay's Atletico Torque, recently-relegated Spanish team Girona and Chinese side Sichuan Jiuniu, as with ease as City, who are lively off winning an unprecedented domestic treble in England.
